Outer Core

The outer core is a liquid layer made with a thinnk composition of iron and nickel that is 2,300 kilometers (1429.15 miles) thick.  The Outer Core is about 4000-5000 degrees Celsius(7232-5032 degrees  fahrenheit. There isn't a lot of rock and iron ore and nickel ore left in the outer core because the inner core keeps melting them into liquid magma. Being the second largest layer of the Earth; the outer core is made entirely of liquid magma.  Because of the outer core rotating around the inner core, Earth's magnetism is created.
